Spring Benefit

Thanks to everyone who came out to our PS 267 Spring Benefit! By all accounts, it was a great success.  The live bidding alone made for an exciting night! Thanks to all the volunteers who helped get the event on it's feet, and a great big thanks to all the families who attended and donated.

There would be no benefit for our school with out this year's co-chairs, Angela Shar and Beth Putterman.  And we have to especially point out the efforts of our PTA co-chairs, Jessica Murphy and Melissa Cohen. They've done an amazing job leading our PTA!

Winning certificates and items will be given out this Tuesday, before and after our morning PTA meeting, as well as on Wednesday morning drop off.

Baseball outing!

Join PS 267 families and friends for a day out at a baseball game with a portion of the proceeds benefiting our school! Tickets are $35 each, and siblings and friends are welcome. Click here to download the order form.

SUNDAY, APRIL 30TH, 2017, 1:00pm Game at Yankee Stadium

Get Involved! Calling All Volunteers!

As the saying goes, you get out of it what you put into it. And we'd like to invite YOU to get more involved in PS 267 with these rewarding volunteer opportunities. Please share your time and talents with us!

Nominating Committee
We have a Nominating Committee! Thanks to Jessica Rubinstein, Liz Wright, Heidi Sadowsky and Ingri Von Bergen for volunteering! If you are interested in running for the board next year or have questions, they can be reached at

The Treasurer is a one-year term position that balances the budget. If you are interested, let us know so you can start shadowing the treasurer! It's the perfect position for someone with an accounting background, but the only requirement is that you're organized and available! Please email the current treasurers for details:

Spring Fling!

Save the Date for PS 267's annual street fair!  Sunday, May 7th 2017

We will be collecting gently-read children's books once again for the event, so please start thinking about what you'd like to donate.

Parents as Learning Partners!

Dure to the snow storm, we are rescheduling the last session. Stay tuned for a new date.

We are excited to announce the continuation of last year’s Parents as Learning Partners. Four times a year, your child’s classroom will be open to visit from 8:50 AM -9:25 AM. We encourage you to attend at least one of these mornings; however, it is not expected that families attend every session. The children will be working in groups and all children will be included in the activities planned for the morning with other students and parents.

Due to space limitations, we ask that only one parent attend per session. In addition, we ask that all participating parents be fully involved in the learning process during this time, so please plan to stay in the classroom for the entire period. We kindly ask that all cell phones are kept away and all coffee is consumed before entering the classroom – you will be part of the learning experience!

The next session will focus on Social Studies.
