All forms should be printed, filled out, and returned via your child's backpack.
Allergy-Medication Administration Form - if your child has any allergy and/or requires medication administration during the school day, please submit this to our school nurse. For questions regarding immunizations, please reach out to the main office.)
Required Online Lunch Form - even if you plan on sending your child to school with their own lunch. It is required to have one on file for every child.
NYCSA account - if you have not already done so please create a school account. (New families will be sent instructions to set up their account)
PTA Website - you should create an account on the PS267 PTA website in order to sign up for emails and alerts from your class liasons, learn about upcoming events, register for after school, etc.
